week 6- Hootsuite

Hootsuite is a social media management platform, a very useful website to be able to manage all of your media in one single place.  With this certificate, it will help you become a better all-around social media marketer and according to Professor Kelsey, "Hootsuite helps make it hassle-free and easy to post content to multiple networks"(Kelsey,2017. p98).  So, who doesn't want free, and hassles help to become a better marketer to your own work. 

As the course goes on Hootsuite will show you how to fully work the webpage and show you how to manage your media. It will show you all of the fundamentals you need to know starting with the fundamentals of it all. With Hootsuite, you can make posts that will go directly to all, one, or as many socials as you want and when you want them to. So, essentially you can create a week's worth or a month's worth of posts and it is ready to post when you want it to with Hootsuite. This is helpful because it allows you to track your ROI and what posts do better or worse on certain days of the week and at what times. It also allows you to see what posts do better and what content your followers enjoy looking at and during what times. This is important when you are a self ran company and just starting up because you want the most engagement you can to your posts. 

Once certified it will 100% be in your favor because of how versatile and useful Hootsuite is when it comes to social media presence. So, I thank you Professor for making this a requirement for the class because you truly are helping us in the long run and getting started with all of this.
